Forever Magnetic Co. provides custom-made photo magnets and related products. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All products are custom-made using images supplied by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:
• Uploaded images are clear and of suitable quality.
• Images are correctly cropped and positioned where applicable.
• All spelling, dates and information provided are accurate.

While we make every effort to produce the highest quality products possible, image quality may be affected by the quality and resolution of the uploaded photograph.

  1. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE OWNERSHIP

By uploading images to Forever Magnetic Co., you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the images, or
• You have permission from the copyright owner to use the images.

Forever Magnetic Co. is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-uploaded content.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

  1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.

Forever Magnetic Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect image selection by the customer
• Customer spelling errors
• Customer cropping or layout choices

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• A partial refund
• A full refund

Requests must include photographs of the product and packaging.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet commenced.

Please contact us immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Forever Magnetic Co.'s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating with customers, and improving our services.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil and deliver orders.
