As each order is custom-made using your personal photos, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be created and prepared for dispatch.

PROCESSING TIMES

• All orders are handmade to order.
• Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• During peak periods, including Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on Australia Post and your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Queensland: 2–5 business days
• Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.

TRACKING

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Forever Magnetic Co. is not responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

CUSTOM ORDERS

As all products are custom-made using your uploaded images, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
